Additionally a vast amount of finance has been spent on the expansion of Didim’s infrastructure including Turkey’s second largest Wind Turbine Generating Plant. Estimated at costing over 35 million pounds with a capacity to produce 122Mega Watts per Annum.
173 Acres of land has been designated and approved by the planning officers for the creation of an Multi-Million Pound Internationally recognised Golf Course which will be completed by the summer of 2012.
Countless new roads have been constructed in Didim and the roads leading from both Izmir and Bodrum Airports have now been widened to speed up transfer times.
A number of Five Star Hotels are being constructed to assist with the year on year influx of additional tourism.
December 2008 saw Didim listed in Financial Times Top 10 places to invest for 2009.

Didim is predominantly flat with an incline towards the renowned Apollo Temple. The land chosen for this unique development is just 600 metres from the temple and is one of the most sought after highest points of Didim – Hence some of the most magnificent see views and unbelievable sunsets (see below).
Due to our sites locality to the Temple we have chosen to decorate/finish our properties using specialised stone masons whom hand craft each and every stone. (A more expensive material to use than conventionally used though we feel the additional time and money visually compliments the product, its location and the areas history).
