Starting with the kitchen, we have chose natural colours which are complimented with the durable Polished Stainless Steel Sink & Door Handles.

The Splash-back included was selected from a variety on offer and is chosen for its warmth of colour.

Customer participation is encouraged throughout the project whenever possible, even down to the choice of socket and switch covers,

 

We appreciate its sometimes the small accessories in a room that can make a big difference to the overall effect.

A variety of optional extras are available including this beautiful breakfast bar which can comfortably seat 4 persons complete with an integrated wine storage cabinet.

 

All furnishings are manufactured by our carefully selected local craftsmen which enables a wide choice of colour coded finishes to compliment your furniture.

 

For all our clients, the process to have your own purpose built furniture has never been so easy!

 

Discuss with us your requirements and we will make a  detailed drawing with dimensions, confirm your chosen colours, materials and accessories then leave the rest to us.

 

We will arrange for the furnishings to be delivered and installed on a date that is convenient to you.

Turning from the kitchen area, we see a spacious lounge which as standard comes complete with a dual air conditioning unit which provides a soothing cool breeze for  those warm summer nights or heating for the cooler nights of January and February.

 

The lounge suite is durable with man made fibres which makes it extremely easy to keep clean. The colour of champagne was chosen to match that of the walls.

 

Again as an optional extra in the showroom we had commissioned, a made to measure colour coordinated cabinet which houses the satellite receiver, music system, speakers and provides a stable platform for your television.

 

As you would expect double glazing is installed throughout the building but unlike many construction companies, we have installed “ECO friendly” insulated cavity walls and energy efficient bulbs as standard. 

Leading from the lounge area is the terrace which looks over the large swimming pool and bathing area.

 

Many of the apartments are West facing, but they all have magnificent views over the olive groves and the beautiful colours of the Aegean coastline, providing the scenery for the romantic at heart.

 

For when the sun diminishes on the horizon few can dismiss its sheer beauty of colours that only nature can provide.

 

In the showroom we have chosen a wooden design table and chairs which compliment the chunky wooden balustrade which comes with an impressive 20 year guarantee!

The master bedroom has been complimented with these large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, base unit and mirror. All colour coordinated using the same materials and finishing creating a relaxed but clean-cut modern finish that is sure to last for many years.

 

 

A hidden curtain rail has been implemented into this superb design and is just waiting for you to choose the style and colour that you desire which would complete this beautiful room.

Luxuriously fitted bathroom, with as standard, designer style ceramics from floor to ceiling.

 

A large shower is provided as is the vanity unit with integrated sink and mirror.

 

The W.C. has an “ECO friendly” condensed chamber providing all the power of a normal flush whilst using less water in the process!

 

The boiler too is energy efficient due to its high density insulation properties conserving energy whilst providing hot water at a flick-of-a-switch.

 

Lighting is provided via energy efficient spotlights with an extra low voltage unit provided directly above the shower providing safe illumination for all.

 

Washing machine facilities are also provided.

So lets Summarise…

The smaller of the two bedrooms can hardly be described as small when these fully fitted wardrobes and drawers provide such an extensive amount of storage for all those spare sheets and towels.
